We work with organizations, agencies, therapists and social workers. Our primary goal is to infuse a culture of care and wellness into the system from the top down, so it might better reach the people we serve while protecting caregivers from burnout.

Rosanne Marmor, MSW, LCSW is the owner of Pulse Wellness. Rosanne's private practice focuses on serving the LGBTQ community as well as those who help others through work or family needs. During her time in private practice Rosanne noticed a lack of clinical services for LGBTQ youth and a safe place for people to explore their gender or sexuality. Pulse Wellness was born to serve these young people and Bridge Emotional Adventures Together. She has dedicated her life to serving young people and the elderly. She has worked in housing organizations, gang prevention, and public schools as well as in community spaces and places for young people and their families. Rosanne also does trainings and consulting for organizations on trauma informed practice and de-escalation techniques.
