Hi. We're a dynamic training duo working primarily with caregivers.
We offer trainings, clinics, coaching, and consultation in radical wellness, healing-centered engagement, trauma-informed practices, de-escalation and self-care. We also provide supervision and train others in supervision.
We work with organizations, agencies, therapists and social workers. Our primary goal is to infuse a culture of care and wellness into the system from the top down, so it might better reach the people we serve while protecting caregivers from burnout.
Are you interested in:
- Increasing the depth of your relationships with yourself and others?
- Learning to stay open-hearted toward the people you work with?
- Learning to be in concert with other people?
- Learning to hold compassion for yourself and others you serve?
We're your team!

She runs a full time private practice (Inner Piece PDX) utilizing Internal Family Systems, Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy models, working with young adults, couples and families specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Grief and Loss. Rosanne Marmor, MSW, LCSW is the owner of Pulse Wellness. Rosanne's private practice focuses on serving the LGBTQ community as well as those who help others through work or family needs. During her time in private practice Rosanne noticed a lack of clinical services for LGBTQ youth and a safe place for people to explore their gender or sexuality. Pulse Wellness was born to serve these young people and Bridge Emotional Adventures Together. She has dedicated her life to serving young people and the elderly. She has worked in housing organizations, gang prevention, and public schools as well as in community spaces and places for young people and their families. Rosanne also does trainings and consulting for organizations on trauma informed practice and de-escalation techniques.
